Glass plate level meter mainly has two categories: transparent glass plate level meter and reflective glass plate level meter, which can be divided into two color glass plate level meter and single color glass plate level meter according to the actual color classification. In addition, for high temperature or corrosive media, high quality mica sheet can be used to prevent the erosion of the media on the glass plate, in order to ensure the observation effect and the service life of the level meter. According to the different pressure and temperature resistance, it can be divided into medium and low pressure glass plate level meter, high temperature and high pressure glass plate level meter, frost proof glass plate level meter. According to the different working conditions, it can be selected with heat tracing device, or it can be designed without blind area according to customers' requirements. If customers need to read the liquid level height directly, the scale can also be increased.

Measurement principle: Glass plate level gauge can directly indicate the liquid level in sealed pressure vessel and open vessel. The glass plate level gauge is composed of a main body, gland, upper cock valve, lower cock valve, glass, connecting flange, fastening thread, sealing gasket, safety steel ball and other components. It and the glass tube liquid level gauge work in the same way, by the connection flange (or thread) and the container is connected to form a communication device, through the glass plate can directly observe the height of the liquid in the container. Safety steel balls are installed in the upper and lower Cocker valves. When the glass plate is accidentally damaged, the safety steel balls will automatically close the liquid channel under the action of liquid pressure in the container to prevent liquid outflow. The tracing type is provided with a heating or cooling device, which can be heated by steam and cooled by circulating water, so that the flow performance of the medium can be adjusted. The upper end of the level gauge is provided with an upper vent wire plug, which can be used for vent and exhaust. The lower end is provided with a blowdown valve, which can be used for sampling, blowdown and cleaning.
