Description

Two-color mica water level gauge is used in power plant, petrochemical and industrial and mining enterprises steam boilers or other pressure vessels to monitor the water level of the direct reading instrument, it is a new type of two-color water level gauge is developed on the basis of all kinds of transmission two-color water level gauges at home and abroad, the water level gauge has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, good observation effect, long service life window components and so on.



Working principle:


The light emitted by the light source passes through the red and green color filter and shoots into the body cavity of the water level gauge. In the vapor phase of the cavity, red light is directed forward, while green light is slanted toward the wall and absorbed. In the liquid phase of the cavity, due to the refraction of the water level, the green light is projected to the front, while the red light is slanted to the wall. Therefore, when observed in the front, the vapor red and water green are displayed.


Self-flushing two-color water level meter is a functional design of the body based on the traditional two-color water level meter, adding the strong flushing function. A condenser can be added at the top of the water level gauge body, and the condenser is separated by a partition with a middle hole, and inclined to the outside. The baffle plate is added to prevent the condensate water from flowing to one end. It is tilted to the outside because the outside temperature is low and the condensate water formation speed is fast. The purpose is to prevent the condensate water from flowing in the two rows of Windows. When the saturated steam in the drum flows through the condenser, the heat dissipation function of the condenser is used to form a large amount of salt-free purified water. The purified water continuously flusits the observation window along the inner surface of the two rows of Windows, forcing the mica attached dirt on the observation window to wash away. More importantly, a large number of pure water flow is formed back to the body cavity, and constantly replaced with the saturated water in the body, and finally the saturated water in the body cavity becomes salt-free and impurity free pure water, so that the window is free of dirt, and the color is clear and durable, improving the observation effect and prolonging the service life of the window components.
