I. Overview of instrument:

Magnetic float liquid level gauge is suitable for all kinds of pressure (or open) liquid storage equipment (tower, cylinder, tank, spherical container and boiler) in the process of industrial production of liquid medium level detection. It can display the working condition and liquid level of various liquids on the spot.

The liquid level gauge has the feature of direct reading on the spot display, which does not require the combination of multiple groups of liquid level gauges, and can be used for single-unit full-range measurement. The equipment has the advantages of less opening, clear display, eye-catching mark and intuitive reading. When the liquid level meter is directly equipped with the display instrument, the intermediate transmission of the system signal detection can be omitted and the transmission accuracy can be improved.

Two, measurement principle:

The float level gauge is developed according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge body tube also rises and falls. The magnetic steel in the float is transferred to the magnetic tilting column indicator through magnetic coupling, which drives the red and white tilting columns to turn over 180°. When the liquid level rises, the tilting column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the tilting column changes from red to white. The red and white junction of the indicator is the real height of the liquid level inside the container, so as to achieve a clear indication of the liquid level.

Three, application:

Magnetic float liquid level gauge can be applied to almost all kinds of industrial automation process control of liquid level measurement and control. Can be widely used in petroleum processing, food processing, chemical industry, water treatment, pharmaceutical, electric power, paper making, metallurgy, ships and boilers in the field of liquid level measurement, control and monitoring.
