The nitrogen sealing device is composed of ZZYP quick relief valve and ZZV micro-pressure regulating valve. The quick relief valve is composed of pressure controller and ZMQ-16K single seat shutoff valve.

When the pressure in the tank rises to the set pressure, the quick release valve is opened quickly to release the excess pressure in the tank. When the pressure in the tank decreases, open the valve and fill nitrogen into the tank. Because the micro-pressure regulating valve must be used in the pressure below 0.1Mpa, the field pressure is higher, must *** install ZZYP type pressure regulating valve to reduce the pressure to 0.1Mpa below can be used. Nominal pressure 0.1Mpa, pressure can be set according to the section, from 0.5Kpa to 66Kpa below, medium temperature temperature ≤ 80 degrees Celsius.

The nitrogen supply (discharge) pressure of the nitrogen sealing device is set easily and can be carried out under the condition of continuous production.

Nitrogen pressure setting range is wide, as low as 0.5Kpa (50mm.w.c), as high as Kpa, the ratio is 132 times, the pressure detection diaphragm effective area is large, the setting spring stiffness is small, the action is extremely sensitive.

Adjust:

Nitrogen pressure adjustment: select a set value such as 1Kpa (100mm.w.c) within the pressure adjustment range of ZZV type micro-pressure regulating valve, and achieve it by adjusting the adjusting screw 2 to change the precompression (stretch) amount of spring 3;

Nitrogen discharge pressure adjustment: In the pressure controller part of ZZDQ quick discharge valve, the pre-compression amount is reached by adjusting seat 3 and changing spring 4. Generally, in order to avoid frequent opening and closing of the nitrogen sealing device, the nitrogen discharge setting value should be far away from the nitrogen supply pressure value, such as 2Kpa (200mm.w.c);

Breathing valve high set value adjustment: after the above two set values are adjusted, in order to avoid breathing valve opening and closing frequently, the breathing valve set value should be greater than the pressure relief set value.

Installation matters:

(1) Before installation, check whether the whole machine parts are defective and loose, clean the pipeline, and the medium flow direction should be consistent with the arrow on the valve body.

(2) In order to facilitate on-site maintenance and operation, appropriate space should be left around the valve and bypass manual valve should be set up.

(3) The valve should be vertically installed on the horizontal pipeline, the valve body and the normal dust connection of the pipeline, pay attention to the coaxiality, and should be installed in the environment temperature does not exceed -25 ~ 55℃ occasions.
