Product description: QFH type air filter compressor is an auxiliary unit of pneumatic instrument, it will filter and purify the air source from the air compressor, and can be adjusted to the required pressure value for pressure regulation, to provide air source for all kinds of pneumatic instrument.
Structural principle
Air filter pressure reducer is designed according to the principle of force balance. It is composed of handwheel, given spring, cover, diaphragm assembly, body, ball valve, filter element and shell.
When the air source is fed into the air filter decompression device, the air source is first purified through the filter air chamber. To adjust the positive pressure is to push the compression spring by adjusting the hand wheel, and then open the ball valve until the output pressure reaches the given value. Stabilized pressure is because the output pressure enters the feedback chamber through the feedback hole to produce an upward thrust. Compared with the pressure of the given spring, the output pressure can be stable when it reaches the equilibrium state.
