AMF series electromagnetic flowmeters can be widely used in chemical industry, iron and steel, coal, mining and metallurgy, petroleum exploitation, petrochemical, papermaking, environmental protection, sugar, pharmaceutical, food, water irrigation, water supply and drainage, port dredging and other fields. It can accurately measure the volume flow of all kinds of acid, alkali, salt solution, raw water, cooling water, sewage, coal slurry, mineral slurry, mud, slurry, paper pulp, syrup, pharmaceutical liquid and all kinds of beverages and other conductive fluids and solid-liquid two phase.

AMF series electromagnetic flowmeters have one type and two types of combination, the output stage is electrically isolated, can be easily matched with the rear meter, to achieve the flow record, control and adjustment functions. At the same time, the flowmeter is equipped with RS485 communication interface, can be connected with the computer.

Each set of products is calibrated according to the flow of water required by the order, and usually can be put into use without any adjustment.

Working principle :AMF series electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for measuring the volume flow of conductive liquid and slurry in closed pipeline, clean water, sewage, all kinds of acid, alkali and salt solutions, mud, pulp, pulp and food liquids.

The measuring principle of AMF series electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When the conducting liquid moves to cut the magnetic line of force in the magnetic field, the induced potential E in the conductor is:

Functional characteristics

The measurement of flow rate is not affected by the change of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal has a linear relationship with the average flow rate, so the measurement accuracy is high (0.3-0.5%) and the range is wide (1:1500).
